We do the complete disassembly of the engine inhouse, then each component is cleaned, inspected, remanufactured and checked for its final assembly.

Every part of the motor: cylinder block, crankshaft, conrods, camshaft, etc. is carefully inspected and compared against original specifications. These parts are then remanufactured to bring them back to original specifications. Any part liable to suffer wear, such as bearings, segments, gaskets, etc. are replaced for new ones.
